For Students who are joining the course through our webinars: there is no refund as they have all the knowledge about the course.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Cancellation Policy
For Self Placed Learning:
Raise refund requests within 2 days of purchase of course(from website). A money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 10% of content or downloaded the E-Book.
Cancellation & Refunds: Online and Classroom Training
Raise refund requests within 2 days of commencement of the course you enrolled for. Money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 10% content of an e-learning course..
Also, In case the user downloads the recording or E-Book for the course the money-back guarantee will be void.
BrilliantBits reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
In case BrilliantBits cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate of the event, no refunds will be made.
