For Time-Limited Money Refund program:

  • If student fails to complete all the syllabus and complete every assignment and quizzes within the given time span.
  • If we find a student copying or cheating or caught using AI tools for unfair means.

For other courses:

Before committing to a purchase, every learner has the opportunity to make an informed decision.Although we provide a 2 days window to preview of the course. This way, learners can value the course content and its alignment with their learning objectives. Our learners review the overview of the course which provide a comprehensive overview, ensuring that every learner can make an informed decision about the course’s relevance and value to their learning journey.

Cancellation Policy

For Self Placed Learning:

Raise refund requests within 2 days of purchase of course. A money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 10% of content or downloaded the E-Book.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online and Classroom Training

Raise refund requests within 2 days of commencement of the batch you enrolled for. Money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 10% content of an e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms for more than 6Hours.

Also, In case the user downloads the recording or E-Book for the course the money-back guarantee will be void.

BrilliantBits reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

In case BrilliantBits cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

If a cancellation is done by a candidate of the event, no refunds will be made.
